Coach4Tris Training incorporates proven concepts including heart rate training in personalized zones, periodization, planning your year with key events, proper levels of recovery, and balanced nutrition. Each session will consist of hands-on instruction integrated with group workouts designed to maximize your triathlon experience and performance. Looking for a PR? - Group training sessions are held every Wednesday & Saturday,
- Wednesdays:
These days will alternate between running & swimming workouts. The focus of these mid-week workouts will be on technique, strength & speed.
- Saturdays:
- We will have many different activities that take place on our weekend sessions. Some weeks we will work exclusively on biking. Other weeks we will combine bike & run together. And several times, we will put all three sports together so you can practice the unique challenges of triathlon.
- Where will we meet? It depends on the focus of that day's training session.

- Suggested Minimum Fitness Level
- To make sure this are the right programs for you, we have established some minimum fitness requirements for participation. All participants should be comfortably able to complete the following prior to the start of the program:
- International/Olympic

Swim: 20-30 minutes easy swim

Bike: 1:00(one hour nonstop, easy riding !!!!

Run: 20-45 minute easy run or run/walk !!!!
- Half Ironman

Swim: 20-30 minutes easy swim

Bike: 1:30 (one hour, 30 minutes) nonstop, easy riding !!!!

Run: 45-60 minute easy run or run/walk !!!!
- We're not concerned with how fast you go, but with your ability to complete the time/distance comfortably!
