Throughout this 12 - week course, participants will experience a fun, noncompetitive training environment. Each participant will receive a 12 - week Triathlon Training Program designed for beginning and intermediate level men and. Every Wednesday & Saturday morning, Coach Kameel will guide you through each of the three disciplines of the triathlon. You will learn all the separate components needed to become a competent triathlete. These include:

  • Exercise safety, warm-up and cool down techniques, core and flexibility training;
  • Form and swim stroke basics, swimming pool endurance training and lake swimming;
  • Bike components and triathlon equipment preparation, form and basic bicycle handling, riding techniques, proper gear selection, cycling position and aero dynamics;
  • Running for performance, basic running form and endurance training;
  • Hydration, nutrition and diet basics, injury prevention, race transitioning techniques and post race recovery.
  • By the end of the 12 - week training program, you will be confident about your ability to participate in triathlons. Well, when you cross that Race Finish Line for the first time….You will get it.
